DSC_0868.JPG

This was my first time trying to make Panna Cotta. It turned out well and It wasn't as difficult to make as I have imagined. I added some Amaretto too, I love it's taste. It sort of gives character to desserts :)

Mix the cream with the sugar and the vanilla extract. Cook it until boils and then lower the heat and cook it for 2 more minutes. Remove it from the heat and add the gelatin and the amaretto. Pour the cream in 4 moulds and put them in the fridge for 4 hours. Invert the moulds onto plates. You can run a knife around the edge of each mould before inverting it.

Serve with some fresh berries, jam or caramel sauce.

Enjoy!
