This seemingly simple tunnel above ground, is parallel and immediately adjacent to the Western Wall of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. There is another tunnel underground that allows us to get to the closest spot where the Holy of Holies is/used to be. Other than that spot, this is as about as close as we can get to it above ground today. (Jews are currently not permitted to go up on the Temple Mount where it actually was, to pray.)
