What is more rewarding than to guide people and get their care, smile & friendship as present?
Today as most of the sundays with the @globalschool, I was welcoming with a tour of Vienna a group of 12 Czech students gardeners and florists who will be working at the Schonbrunn garden during their interneship.
It is never easy to provide everyone in such group with interesting information and often at certain ages we are less interested or easly bored by such activity. So my goal is always to make it different and focus on how the participants want to enjoy it. And when it is like today it is really rewarding to trust in the participant to achieve something than both enjoyed, the participants, the teachers and me.
I am not sure we enjoyed because the tour was interesting in itself, but more about the interactions which were made of small gestures making visible care, love and smiles. A culture I met here and that we shared along the little tour together.
