Steps of the Cabinet

Rodrigo Costa brings together works inspired by the poem of Fernando Pessoa, great portuguese writer, called "Tabacaria" (Tobacco Shop), with themes dealing with about existential philosophy, solitude, amorous
relations, namely divine, multiple personas and archetypes, and the many social masks found between the lines of a society shrouded in social change.

I made a visit to her exhibition , I couldn't resist taking pictures of some works that I've been called a lot of attention and I would like to share this experience with you.

The body, people, faces, in their beauty, is a constant in the work of the artist Rodrigo Costa, a sensuality translated by physical forms of models, reflect an aesthetic that speaks to the viewer.

The painting here is how to draw a pattern that the artist has acquired over the years, bring lightness and careful with the painting.

The human body here informs and it's how you get the feel and admire this art.

The series back many variations of painting techniques, but are all made with oil paint and the emphasis is on human anatomy.

Could not finish this post without remembering the important mark of 100 followers that today I have on my blog here at Steemit.

Many thanks to all of you!
