watching the daylight fade and prance around.
imperciptibly shifting toward dusk. still bright, yet fading already at 11:47 am
sunlight had bounced off the glass of an empty coin laundry, sitting on a quiet street in the fall.
walking from bus stop to coffee shop.
under blue sky. yellow sun. brilliant leaves. ringing air.
it almost breathes for me.
japan side streets in autumn. drying persimmons hang from strings
futons and clothes shine bright white, pink, purple, emerald and yellow
outside the limitless apartment balconies
faces toward the warm, warm, warm sun. absorb, absorb. absorb with calm, squinted eyes like a cat.
feelings of immaculate music ring out in buzzing, rustling, close, yet infinitely spacious
silence.
inaudibly speaking to me louder than ever
as I pass the hospital.
