Hello my Dearest Steemians,
It's been a while since I published the PART 1 from the visit at TORONTO ISLAND and I am sorry it took me so long. Nevertheless, here I am as I promised, to show you what kind of fun you can have if you come for a visit. I mean these are just a few examples, because there is a lot more, but you have to come and see it for yourself. However, if you would like to see all the 30 RIDES & ATTRACTIONS, than you can see them HERE
This adorable choo choo train is the CENTREVILLE TRAIN that takes you around the town to see the site scenes. It doesn't go very fast, so it's fun for all, the big and the small, lol.
FERRIS WHEEL / WINDMILL RIDE is another very rustic looking ride that looks like a lot of fun for older kids and adults.
NICHOLAS being very charming with his older friend. One day we are going to laugh at this adorable moment.
NICHOLAS & FELIPE in TOURING CARS looking very serious, although, this was their favorite. The one they have at home doesn't move, so you can imagine the excitement while driving this little FORD. But I have to give them credit for remaining calm, like a real drivers, lol.
As the sign says, this ANTIQUE CAROUSEL Circa 1908 is only one of the 30 left in the world. It was build between 1903-1928 in Germantown Penn. by "G.A. Dentzel Steam & Horsepower Co." It was severely damaged in the great hurricane of 1938 and rebuilt by the carver for the Dentzel Co. Tom Long of Bushkil Park Allentown Penn. from where it was acquired in 1964. It contains 52 animals 3-abreast, of which 36 are jumpers. 2 chariots. The music is played by Welte-Mignon/Wurlitzer band organ.
Unfortunately, I just found out that our beautiful carousel is conditionally sold for almost $3 million, so you may not able to see it, if you come visit next year. I am very sad, because I love old things with a history, especially if it is something magical for the kids. However, I do understand the reason why they are selling it is valid and you can read about it HERE.
ANTIQUE CARS for older kinds and adults, I am sure our boys will love it when they get older.
Couple of cute rides for the little once and one for those who enjoy birds view and one one really crazy!!!
TORONTO ISLAND MINE COASTER definitely exciting one!!!
SWAN RIDE seems very relaxing or even boring as my daughter thinks, lol.
I hope you enjoyed my TORONTO ISLAND PART II as much as the PART I and someday you may visit this lovely place. I have no doubt you will enjoy here as much as we do.
This is my entry for the #beautifulsunday challenge, hosted by @ace108 and for #sublimesunday by @c0ff33a.
