This place was right next to the [pink and purple place] and was a whole house for rent for less than 5000 pesos at the time. I say at the time because prices literally change by the day as we approach Christmas. I really liked the bare bones feel of this place, a pressure washer and a little paint could go miles in this house.

Nice big kitchen I really liked.

It's got an awesome view being up on the hills behind Icacos neighborhood.

There were two levels with at least 3 bedrooms although I think there were four. This place is simple and it's layout makes it so it'd be really cheap on air conditioning bills, making it a cheap house for what you get.
