House Hunting Adventures: 5 Bedroom Building on the Hill for Rent

We went house hunting with some friends today both looking to help them find a place and looking for other friends who are both in town and not. I'm sharing this place we visited before the first one not because it's better but because I want to share it with a friend I know would be interested in the place. Truth be told that first place is totally awesome and for that reason is likely going to be rented out :)

I was more conservative with the photos of this place partially because half of it was occupied. The deal we we quoted was to rent the whole place and they would then move out and find an upgrade for themselves. It's a huge place with 5 bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms.

A one car garage. There's basically three apartments that share a common area of sorts that the people who showed us the place were living in. There were small kitchens and honestly I didn't keep track of it all but it had everything except for extra appliances for the small kitchen areas.

This was the least equipped kitchen.

One of the empty bedrooms.

The view from that bedroom.

Sink in the second kitchen area.

Huge bathroom, one of a few.

Nice closet area near the bathroom, seemingly for an apartment intended to be a studio.

Great sunset spot.

I love the boulders here.

As a sneak peek...the first house we saw is in this photo. Its the one on top with the little dome.

And a huge fruiting jackfruit tree and garden area in the center of the thing. I should have taken more photos and regret it.
