There's something special about comfort food, it comes about when you need it most. I've had an interest in making some lasagna for awhile but never bothered until I found ricotta cheese, which was my hangup prior. I had all but determined it was time to try and make my own until I found it at Walmart. Tonight I share the photo dump, tomorrow the recipe. So watch out for that!
