Sea Dragons, Wrasses and Flying Cow Nose rays- Georgia Aquarium Photography

This is my third post of photographs from the Georgia Aquarium.

You can visit the aquarium's site here.

My wife and I visited ten years ago soon after the aquarium was opened. I've already posted some beluga whale and whale sharks photographs.

All of these were shot with a Canon 50mm 1.4 prime lens.

This was shot in the main tank where the whale sharks are kept. I've always called this shot "Flying Cownose Rays," because to me it looks like they are flying in the sky. Click here to learn more about them.

This sea horse I learned was the most expensive thing to feed at the aquarium. It ate only a certain type of shrimp. I believe it is referred to as the leafy sea dragon.

Here is a great shot of a Napoleon Wrasse. I like the details in the skin.
