Capturing the World #8 - Nyang-Nyang Beach

Dear friends! Welcome to today’s episode of
"Capturing the World".

In this series, I try to reveal our world's beauty in a creative way. I take photographs of landscapes and cityscapes on my travels in order to let you guys travel with me and see amazing places through my lens. In the last entry, I took you to the Queensboro Bridge in New York City. Check it out if you haven't already!

Nyang-Nyang Beach

The so called Nyang-Nyang beach is an unbelievably quite and incredibly beautiful stretch of coast in the south of Bali. When I first got there about 3 years ago, it was a very secret tip, there were no signs at all at the road and I could hang out there for hours without seeing anyone else. You do have to climb down a lot of stairs, but it is definitely worth it.

Nowadays there is a little sign at the road and they are actually building a street down to the beach. However, other humans are still a rare sight at the beach. The beach is also huge and different parts have different names, so there will be quiet places in future, too, I am pretty sure.

I tried to capture the atmosphere as well as I could, it kinda feels like you are in a Jurassic Park movie there. Cliffs with jungle on the right and the ocean on the left.... I will also make a short drone video as soon as I find time. But for now, check out this pretty recent picture!

Till then,
keep wandering and wondering,
