This mid week break has been very welcoming. I have my friends come down from India so this week have been busy taking them in and around Muscat city.
We also planned a 2 day getaway to the beach side resort which is one of my all time favourite.
This place is called Millennium Resort, and it's right at the beach side. Last year also we had come here to celebrate my birthday. It feels heavenly in this place. The rooms are sea facing and you keep hearing the sounds of the ocean tides. They have been continuously working to upgrade this place. This time the new here is the Aquafun park, which is small but good fun for children and also for elders. They have a play zone for toddlers, so parents can leave them there and have some quiet time by themselves. There is a zipline activity, and water spirts like the jet ski which the youngsters enjoy and then there are multiple pools and the beach side for relaxation. At night by the pool side bar they have a musical night. So there is something for everyone here. Overall the location of this place is simply superb and a perfect way for relaxation and spending quality time with your family and friend.
I love the waters of Oman. The Arabian Ocean looks gorgeous. This is the view from my room. I just can't get over it.
You will see the zipline activity on top of the pool side and the Aqua fun park. I have never done it, but it seems to be good fun.

This is the pool side bar by the night time. A perfect way to unwind the day. It is a little windy and cold these days, but the pools are temperature controlled.

I don't want to go back home 😀 but there is no choice. I told my husband we should buy a house with such a location and it would be so heavenly. I would feel like I am on a holiday all the time. 😍😍😍
