Clay figurines are a local folk art in Wuxi, and at least three places I have been to exhibit them. Two of them would be the Wu Culture Park and the Xue Fucheng Former Residence. I recently learned that both of those exhibits are amateur outings when compared to the The Clay Figurine Musuem as part of the Huishan Ancient Village grouping of historical attractions. Imagine Madame Tussaud's, but the lifelike renditions are sculpted from clay, not wax. Here is what I saw...
