I've recently come back from a family and photography road trip in the Philippines, and I'll be sharing the best photos of that trip here in Steemit. I already started with a quick post from Baguio City about street photography with a mobile phone (@roytc123/street-photography-with-a-mobile-phone-my-process-from-start-to-finish). Now let's go back to the beginning of the trip.
Our first stop was Subic Bay in Zambales. The weather was a bit unpredictable, but the rain let up enough the on the first morning to let me get this long exposure.
I also got a black and white long exposure of the Subic Bay sign with a bit of cloud movement.
Later that day, I came back to the beach for sunset. The sun was in a better position relative to the lighthouse, which made for some nice light and of course more monsoon cloud movement.
I headed to The Lighthouse for a closer look and got this shot.
Shortly after, the rain clouds rolled back in and I had to head home. But I'm happy I was able to get some shots in for that day.
Next stop will be Pangasinan, where we explored the beautiful Hundred Islands. Stay tuned! :)
