It's been several years since I have seen Kaweah Lake at the current water levels.
Recreational areas for the Kaweah River are now blocked off, and are now areas to view a much larger Kaweah Lake.
Most of the picnic areas are under water and day parking is no longer available, because access roads are under water.
Water levels seem so close to State Route 198 that runs around the lake and into Three Rivers and then up into the Sequoia National Park.
I'm @runridefly, and I want to rent a houseboat for the day, so some family, friends and I can enjoy a day at the full Kaweah Lake.
