Day 4 of 365 in a Newborn Baby's Life: 'Dreaming'

This is a new photo series dedicated to the first year of my daughter's life: '365 Days with Zoe'

Day 4 of 365: 'Dreaming'

Do babies dream? I would like to think so. After an hour of watching her sleep last night, I came up with this idea.

15-20 sec long exposure shot with the camera on a tripod using a remote to trigger. I put black poster board behind her for the background. Used my cell phone to illuminate her face. Then used a small led light to do the light painting.

I did cheat a bit because I took this image around 10pm last night.
