In this video, I talk a little bit about settings and gear, but I also answer a question that @nords asked in a comment on one of my posts. Please always feel free to ask me questions in the comments of my posts, who knows, maybe I'll answer it on camera in the field.
I included the best two "keeper" photos at the end of the video, but here they are as well. You can click on these and view them larger.
The photo above is the stitched panoramic photo I spoke about. It is 20 vertical photos stitched together in Photoshop's photomerge feature creating a very wide angle image. They were all shot at ISO 100, with an aperture of f13, and each shot was 4 seconds long. A polarizing filter was used as well as two graduated neutral density filters.
Both photos were shot on a Canon 5DS R, the one below was with a 24-105mm lens set at 73mm. The ISO was 50, the aperture was f13, and it was a 13-second long shot. A polarizing filter and two graduated neutral density filters were also used for this one.
