I just released a new drone video on my DTube and YouTube channels. But I wanted to make a separate post for the best photos from the flight in beautiful Acapulco, Mexico.

I currently fly with the DJI Spark. This was actually the first time I took the drone out over a body of water. I was quite nervous at first, but the little drone seemed to handle the wind with ease. I was really impressed with the stability of the footage I got while over the open ocean. 

However there is one drawback with the wind. The Spark already has a short battery life (10-12 min) and flying over the ocean and fighting the wind depleted the batteries about twice as fast. If you are looking to get the Spark, extra batteries are a must.

I think my favorite shots are of the pools and open ocean. What do you think?
