A few weeks back my wife and I went to visit the metal sculptures of the Anza Borrego State Park during one of the hottest days of the year and hands down the hottest I have ever experienced in my life! I swear, at 12am it was still pushing 100 degrees! Some might think we are stupid for driving straight towards the epicenter of the heat wave but this past year I have been itchin to get out and drive to every destination possible for some astrophotography.
With the park pretty quiet due to the heat I had free range to shoot as much as I wanted before the moon rose. Stumbling upon the mother and child camels in the desert was interesting as at first you wanna say "aww", snap a picture, look at the results and your response turns to "I'm sorry officer. It's not what it looks like!"
Well, Is it?
