Hey!
The National Museum of Estonia. Took this shot right after it got dark.
I removed lens flares from the left and right side and a man standing on the left side. Did a lot of contrast adjustments on the building to bring out the detail. I liked the foreground, so I made the lit spot more prominent while reducing brightness everywhere else. The sky is blurred to reduce noise. Added a lot of color to the building.
Edited in Lightroom (RAW editor) and Photoshop.
