Processing Stages, Roasting Coffee Beans to Latte Art - MyPictureDay

As I have said in the previous post, In addition to serving typical Aceh food menu, Warong Romoh Aceh also provides various variants of coffee drinks, processed with the latest technology.

Saini, he is a barista in Warong Romoh Aceh, he also controls the roasting process of coffee beans.

I want to share photos of the processing stages, from roasting coffee beans to latte art.

Some shots are less than perfect because the fix lenses I use have auto focus problems.

Civet Coffee

Here is a civet coffee that has been roasted, and has been packed in aluminum foil.

Civet coffee, refers to the coffee that includes part-digested coffee cherries eaten and defecated by the Asian palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus). Source: wikipedia

Someday, I also want to share the process of processing coffee beans traditionally in Aceh.
