Thanks to Science we can work out all sorts of "necessary" things to help improve our quality of life.
Science says if you kept banging your head against a wall, you would burn 150 calories an hour! That's roughly half of what you would burn if you went for a jog for an hour BUT banging your head is obviously less strenuous - so when are you starting your weight loss routine?
