Trapped In The Tower

In the castle lived a ghoul
Haunting all who entered
Its footsteps could be heard
Roaming and never contented

Locked in the tower
A maiden in distress
Questioning her escape
From this ghostly mess

Guided by the light of the crescent moon
Her hero drew back his bow
Seeing a clear path to her room
Cupid’s arrow he did let go

The flowery maiden was rescued
The eerie ghoul was defeated
The hero eternally rewarded
The endless story of love repeated…
