Let's Think About This "Fear" (Poem+Thoughts)

I would like to touch upon vital questions that we should think about. Of course, as usual, I’ll try to accompany everything with a laconic poem and illustrations.
I welcome your vision of the topics touched upon and I’ll be glad with your reply.
Let's think about this!

Fear

The walls of fear protect us from pain,
Which we’re afraid to try on the loose…
We believe in fear and play a role again,
Which we can’t choose…but we can’t lose!

Let's think about this!

Fear often lives in the hearts of people.
Sometimes it’s the fear of losing one's well-being. Sometimes it’s the fear that a person will be humiliated. Sometimes it's the fear of being separated from loved ones. People are used to living in fear.
Someone thinks that the situation, the subject or the person that caused fear are the reasons for the suffering.
No.
In reality, everything is different. Experience helps people understand that fear doesn’t solve the future problems. Fear is only a feeling that comes up when thinking about possible future troubles.
But fear doesn’t reflect reality. Everything changes when you know that the main cause of fear is only your imagination.
Try to free yourself from this and live without fear!

«Never judge your own poem too harshly. If you love it, then someone else loves it too, just the way it is. If it speaks to you - it's good. And not all poetry is meant to rhyme, either. If it sounds good and makes sense - if it changes the reader at all - it's good.»
