The Three Most Basic Fears

You are safe
Let go
Let go of the control

You’re not alone
You'll never be
See the lines, all things are intertwined

You’re precious
Wonderful and unique
You’re the owner of your own belief

I wrote this poem this morning after a brief meditation session. In every negative emotion that we feel in our daily life, lay within a hidden fear. In every drama and every fight, there are some fears that we do not want to face. The fear of losing safety and control, the fear of aloneness and disconnection, and the fear of unworthiness. I hope that by writing this poem, I can remind myself to check inside, next time I'll be such a drama maker.
