Haunted by yesterday’s shadow
The young child’s mind regressed
Her home destroyed by fire
Her soul endlessly repressed
Below the moon in Pisces
A mighty pyramid stood
Set alight by the blood moon rising
A reminder of her childhood
As she lay deep asleep
In her dreams vividly appeared
An other worldly creature
Without a hipster beard
Brightening her emotions
Her frown was finally undone
Her new smile spanned the oceans
Now she could have some fun
