Poetry Slam Challenge 10: WALKING

We spun and walked in circles
In volumetric silence
As moving mannequins
For patrons behind the glass

Before their eyes we spun again
Capturing creatures with our fingers
Our conversation was surface deep
Which was perfect for this pass

Sometimes all that is required
To settle a mind
Is a friend to walk beside
And validate what one has

And as a flight took away
A companion from a moment
I look back to what I have
An intangible feel of mass
