We hiked today all the way from the very bottom at Coombs Country Candy up to the peak of the lookout, over looking the entire Alberni no valley. 1 hour 10 mins to the top with one water break for Jerry, we was pretty pooped and fell behind for awhile.
This is Port Alberni life at its finest, 5 mins out of town you find mountain hikes. Now we are running back to beat the heat to the water, most likely goto the river as it’s pretty well on the way to where we are staying. Jerry fell behind on the way down, he is exhausted and thirsty but such a happy boy.
Off to the river!!!
