I pass by this row of hedges every morning and in the winter their red berries and dark green foliage really pops against the otherwise drab background. Living in the Pacific Northwest I feel a compulsion to do at least a few hipstery things. I have noticed that it is kinda a hipstery thing to take portraits in, around or next too interesting foliage. So I talked my husband into walking down the hill one Saturday morning to get this shot.
