Soar is a market place where it connects customers with content creators on a decentralized platform. This platform is operated in a trustless, secure and distributed blockchain community. The owner of the Soar platform is Soar SG Pte Ltd which is a Singapore based company.
At the first stage it will create the marketplace for drone content. The drone content will include images, video, aerial maps and so on. The drone sellers upload and sell content to Soar users in the platform. They use single channel to sell their content. This content is only to local market.
The funds raised through Token Generation Event will be used for the development of the platform and bootstrap the community. There is a transaction commission for each sale of data made through the Soar Platform. Not only that in the future, there would be an arrangement to have commissions on services which can be delivered through Soar platform. SKYM can be used as the mode of payment in all these regards.
The blockchain will provide both authentication and accountability of drone content which is uploaded to the Soar blockchain. The record on theblockchain is contained the date, location and the name of the content creator.
The Soar platform has started from a military pedigree in 2015. A public unlisted company of Takor Group Ltd has developed the Soar technology. It will undertake the future development of Soar platform and provide technical support for the platform operations.
The price for all drone content will be depended on the various factors such as whether it the content contains specialist data or not, supply and demand of the data. There is a minimum price for each and every drone contents.
There is certain information that is contained in the Soar blockchain. Those can be identified as the files hash Metadata about the file such as date, title, altitude, type of drone, location, description and so on, anonymous wallet address of the drone operator and the sponsor, Sales transactions, Drone operators name and the information about him.
