Feliz Año ara todos, Espero que hayan recibido el nuevo año muy bien y con mucha energía ara cumplir las metas que se hayan propuesto para este 2024.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes fotos de una de mis rosas del desierto, que me ha sorprendido en gran manera.
Hace unos meses atrás, les cayó una plaga a todas mis rosas del desierto, fue tan fuerte, que incluso hubo una de mis plantas que no pude recuperar, pero a todas las demás sí logré recuperarlas, las podé completamente y les cambié la tierra.
La mayoría de mis plantas están injertadas, ya que me gustan mucho las flores matizadas. Todas me han dado bastante flores y sé cómo son cada una de ellas.

Today I want to share with you photos of one of my desert roses, which has greatly surprised me.
A few months ago, a plague hit all my desert roses, it was so bad that there was even one of my plants that I couldn't recover, but I did manage to recover all the others, I pruned them completely and changed the soil.
Most of my plants are grafted, as I really like nuanced flowers. They have all given me quite a few flowers and I know what each one of them is like.
Pero el mes pasado, esta planta, que ya me ha florecido bastante, me dio flores diferentes a las que solía darme. Creo que después de cambiar la tierra y podarla, algo le afectó y ahora me ha dado dos tipos de flores.
But last month, this plant, which has already bloomed quite a bit, gave me different flowers than it used to give me. I think that after changing the soil and pruning it, something affected it and now it has given me two types of flowers.
Como pueden ver en las fotos, una de las flores es la que ella comúnmente me daba, roja con bordes negro y centro amarillo, pero ahora, ella me ha dado flores rosado pálido y eso no me lo esperaba. Ha sido una gran sorpresa. Se ve linda con sus dos flores diferentes.
As you can see in the photos, one of the flowers is the one she usually gave me, red with black edges and a yellow center, but now, she has given me pale pink flowers and I didn't expect that. It has been a great surprise. She looks cute with the two different flowers on her.
No sé mucho de cruces e injertos pero pienso que tal vez al podarla, corté una parte de raíz o de rama que provocó que ahora tenga flores de dos colores totalmente diferentes. Sin embargo, así me gusta mucho. Tengo otro color más para mi colección.
I don't know much about crossing and grafting but I think that perhaps when pruning it, I cut off a part of the root or branch that caused me to now have flowers of two totally different colors. However, I like it that way a lot. I have another color for my collection.
