Methods :
Cut the kiwi in half, peel it, and then cut into cubes.
Add 4 spoonfuls of sugar and a teaspoon of salt, Marinate it for about an hour. The purpose of adding salt is in order to remove the sour kiwi.
Put kiwi cubes into a pot, boil the big fire first, then a small fire stew slowly. Stew until rotten.

原料
猕猴桃
糖
盐
做法
猕猴桃切开两半,去皮,然后切成丁。
放4勺白糖,一小勺 盐,搅拌均匀,腌制一个小时左右。 加盐是为了去掉猕猴桃的酸涩。
腌制好的猕猴桃丁,放小锅里,加火煮,先大火烧开, 再小火慢慢炖。炖到烂为止。
做好的猕猴桃丁,亮凉,倒入蜂蜜。
吃的时候挖一小勺,冲水喝。完全没有了之前的酸涩, 清香怡人, 非常好喝。
这个蜂蜜猕猴桃丁还可以做馅,放到烤面包里,味道也是棒棒哒!或者做猕猴桃派也是不错的。 哈哈, 大家发挥想象吧,总之,非常不错的甜品哦!
