In fact , this steam egg custard with spinach is very suit for the babies and little kids. Especially those who do not like to eat vegetables. But for the elders or the adults , I think it’s also very good for our health . sometimes it can make you eat more and also make our life colourful.

It’s very simple to do this dish , you can just need two eggs , a little spinach and that’s ok.

But when you cook it , you must soak the spinach for about over ten minutes , then you can cut it into pieces and use the juicer to make it become juice.

You must remember you can put a little some warm water into the juicer.

Break two eggs and mix it well , then put your spinach juice , then put it in the pot to steam for about seven or eight minutes, then the egg custard is ok.

其实说实话, 这个翡翠鸡蛋羹应该是给婴幼儿吃是最合适不过的了,尤其是那些拒绝吃蔬菜的宝宝们。但是对于成年人和老人来说,当然吃起来也是最好的啦,偶尔为之,会增加新鲜感,食欲大增呢。

这么说我也只是标题党了一回,其实就是鸡蛋羹放菠菜啦,哈哈。不过生活还是允许有小创意的,而且这样做的好处就是增加了新鲜感和快乐感。全家人都喜欢, 何乐而不为呢。

方法很简单, 准备两个鸡蛋,一把菠菜。菠菜一定要用盐水泡10分钟左右,然后捞出来,用榨汁机榨成菠菜汁。榨汁的时候少放点温开水。

鸡蛋打散,搅匀,然后放入榨好的菠菜汁,用漏勺过滤一下, 这样让蛋液更均匀,气泡也少了许多。

用保鲜膜把蛋液盖上,放锅里蒸大约7,8分钟,蛋羹熟了为止。将蛋羹取出,放上自己喜欢的调味酱油,就可以美美的享用了。
