I'm doing a 100 day challenge during which I will stick to a Whole Food Plat-Based Diet. While exploring the Health / Vegan Communty here on Steemit I stumbled upon the #fruitsandveggiesmonday competition from @lenasveganliving and got inspired to share the vegan chilli con carne I made and ate today.

  • Habanero Pepper flakes
  • Himalaya Salt

Instead of tortillias I used little gem lettuce and finished it off with some nutritional yeast.
