I thank my lucky stars when I decided to join Steemit on May 14, 2022, at the invitation of a member on a forum. I simply clicked on his invitation link and registered. However, no one was here to guide me but a message that said I should introduce myself and complete beginner tasks.
I did that and tried the site like I used to do on other normal writing websites ten years ago. But nothing worked for me until I chanced upon @disconnects' blog and that did it. I always mention and tag him even if I feel it comes under the spam category.
Then I read a couple of posts about dolphins, and that made me curious so I started powering up everything that I earned even bought from outer sources but only a small amount because I was a little skeptical about cryptocurrencies. But I wanted to become a dolphin for sure and that was my only motivation for doing better and even better.
I have seen and visited places where dolphins, sharks, and whales swim, so the idea of having a dolphin status thrilled me even more. But it was not as easy to reach this dolphin point. However, I reached my first 5,000 SP in March 2023.
I could have reached there earlier but I decided to wait. I was going through a tough time because a couple of my contests were running and I had to pay my contestants. Soon I reached my second dolphin with 10,000 SP.
As far as my third dolphin, I could have reached the goal that I set for myself much earlier, but I had decided not to buy any more Steem, even if I was buying only a small amount. I wanted to let it happen on its own this time around.
I am no longer running contests due to my offline activities also, I wrote fewer posts. Maybe my role as Steem Curator also kept me busy, and I could write fewer posts, so I decided not to apply in November but maybe later as and when I have lesser workload.
To be honest, I have been watching my wallet, and every single STEEM accumulated motivates me even more as I see myself closing to my dolphin status. Now that I am writing this post, I am already focusing on my fourth dolphin. I am sure every post will take me closer to my next dolphin status.
Let me mention my seniors @disconnect and @patjewell once again, as I did in my last, "The first dolphin is the hardest, but the second comes faster." I thought that my third would come even faster, but it took almost the same time as my second for obvious reasons: a lesser number of posts and my offline activities.
Having said that, all my attention was still on how to bring my third dolphin. Oh yes, I was tempted to buy a few from the market, but then I did a silly thing: I withdrew 150 Steem just to check how it works, and I regret doing that because it has reduced my incoming votes value by 10% because the Steem I withdrew is lying with no use in Poloniex.
However, my offline activities have not made any difference in my moderation activities, not so far, because I am still doing my moderation duties in two communities, i.e., Hind Whale and Travelling Steem, but I am feeling like giving up one of them for the period while I am engaged with my offline project, and two of my service engineers have gone on their annual leave, leaving an extra burden on me.
The result is that I am participating in less SEC, as now my project needs me to travel even more. I am so sorry because I am not as active in my favorite community, Dream Steem, but I am thankful to @weisser-rabe for her cooperation.

Now, as per tradition, I will power up to complete the formalities and show the Steemit world that there is another triple dolphin in an even wider pool that accommodates a large number of increasing dolphins.

But I'm happy to announce that I have achieved what I have been looking for ever since I achieved my second dolphin status and am now on my way to fourth.
I extend my love and sweet wishes to all my friends, well-wishers, and communities who supported me in reaching this point in about one and a half years. But let me assure you, this is not the end of the road for me, but my journey to my fourth dolphin will keep me on my toes.
