The father desires to raise his child's self-esteem and mental health to achieve high standards and good mental health Today, I want to share this goal with you based on my personal experience.I woke up in the morning and saw people working in front of our house after prayer. I went out to see what was happening, and when I came back quietly from the window, I saw my daughter sitting with a bag.

At that time, I didn't say anything and didn't ask any questions. Later, my daughter left the house to study privately, taking the bag with her. After some time, I told my wife why she was sitting quietly with the pack and noticed something was wrong with her. Then she told me she had ruined the bag two days ago, and she felt ashamed to go to school and pay private tuition now because our older daughter is no longer little but has grown up. My wife didn't tell me anything because she knows that her father loves her very much, and whatever her father says, she will bring it. Then I am sitting at home and not going out anymore. After finishing private lessons, I will take her to the market. After completing her studies, I told her to get ready, and I will take her to the market.

I took her to the market in an auto-rickshaw, where a shop was selling school bags. I told her to pick a few beautiful bags for my daughter.

I said, "Dear, choose a bag you like from here." However, I've always observed my daughter never really expresses her preferences. She said nothing, but her father insisted, "You pick a bag you like." Then, I handed her a bag that I liked.

Finally, I want to say that sometimes, there are those who have something to say but choose not to speak. We need to understand their silent cues and body language to truly access the information they want to share. Keeping our focus on their desired path is essential in our interactions.
