Hi, my friends, Respected Admins and Moderators. Warm regards to all. I hope all are well. I'm alright, too. Every afternoon, we like to enjoy a variety of delectable foods. And one of our afternoon meals is homemade food. We make several types of breakfast at home, taking into consideration our family's health. I'd like to share our homemade singhara recipe today. I love the taste of singhara.

Cooking Process

Step- I

First, put the flour in a bowl, add a teaspoon of salt and a little oil, and then use your hands to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.

Step- II

I will now gradually prepare the singhara dough with water. Never add water all at once. Using my hands, I will thoroughly shake the dough to prepare it. I'll cover the dough for ten minutes after that.

During this phase, I will prepare the purr for the singhara. I started by heating up a saucepan. I added oil next, and I'll sauté chopped onions in it as it gets hot. Next, I'll give it a thorough cook with garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, and chilli powder. I will cook, using very little water, until boiling all the ingredients are done.

I formed little balls out of the dough by chopping it up. Afterwards, I rolled it like bread. I then took a knife to it.

In this step, I'll fold the sliced portion over my hand. The filling will next be folded inside to seal the mouth.

We completed all of the singaras in this phase. It's now time to roast the shells.

Place a pot on the stove at this point. Fill a pot with roughly two cups of hot oil. Drop each singhara into the heated oil one at a time. Next, thoroughly whisk and fold it with a spoon until it turns brown.
Step 8: The singaras I prepared are now prepared for serving.
