I wake up early and drink water, then do Fajr Namaz. After namaz, I have a cup of green tea and then exercise for 30 minutes to keep my health good. I eat almonds mixed with honey (wood almonds, cashew nuts) every day after exercise, keeping my body fit Which I make myself at home.

If you exercise in the morning, you will feel energized all day. Every day, a healthy person should exercise.Then I went out to the market. In the early morning, the market is a little less busy; another exemplary aspect of the morning market is that many people bring vegetables grown from their land in the morning. I shop early in the morning to get fresh and chemical-free vegetable curry pies if it is a little late. The price is also relatively low. Sometimes, they have native chickens , eggs and fishes available.

Sometimes, he goes out in a rickshaw with his son. My son enjoys travelling.
