First of all, let's take a look at the entire Utopian article release process.

If your post is not in the right category, the admin will reply you and tell you this, you need change the category and post again.

But why do like this ? We have another good way !

When admin find a post is not in the right category, He can move the article to the corresponding category. and dont need to reply . The post will wait for another admin to approve.
Although move to right category , but not approve. it also need the right category admin have a check, to approve.
Uptopian needs to add a new function to the program：
Allows administrators to set up category of contribution in utopian.io

Then authors dont need post again,This will save time, because duplicate postings still need to be audited.
