"(4) 당선작의 디자인 사용권은 향 후 누구나 무료로 사용할 수 있습니다. 이에 동의 하시는 경우에 한해 출품하실 수 있습니다." 에 근거하여 스팀잇 사용자는 누구든지 해당 이미지를 무료로 사용하실 수 있습니다.
