The message was very concise and concise, but contained a certainty within it, it said that the next time we go to clean that staircase, next Wednesday, we will be given the keys to the access doors to it...
Signs that we have gained their trust, we have put 100% commitment, this fact is not always enough, but when you work conscientiously, and have care and respect for what you are doing, carrying out your tasks as if they were being done for ourselves, there are still people capable of detecting these details, I won't deny that these two events made me very happy...

Mi ritrovo qua, sul nostro divano, poco dopo la metà del pomeriggio di questa giornata, con un sorriso che mi si è stampato in viso, nulla di eccezionale, intendiamoci subito, ma certamente un qualcosa che mi ha fatto molto piacere, collegato alla giornata di ieri, dove da una parte non ce l'ho fatta a inviare il mio resoconto quotidiano su Steemit, e dall'altra parte era già accaduta una cosa decisamente gradevole...
Vi avevo accennato nelle settimane passate che avevo acquisito l'incarico di pulire le parti comuni di una nuova palazzina, ieri era la 3° volta che andavamo a fare quel lavoro, io e la mia compagna, quando avevamo ormai ultimato le nostre fatiche, è arrivata una signora, che abbiamo visto in tutte e tre le occasioni, parlando del più e del meno, a un certo punto se ne esce con questa affermazione...
"Comunque devo dire che sei molto bravi..."
Sono quelle cose che arricchiscono la vita, non a livello monetario, ma a livello umano, che nel portafoglio non portano nulla di concreto, ma regalano gratificazioni e scaldano, in un certo senso, il cuore, rendendo il proprio lavoro più leggero e piacevole da eseguire, se poi il tutto ha un seguito, nella giornata odierna, di un messaggio, che mi è giunto su WhatsApp da parte di un altro condomino, allora è proprio una gran soddisfazione...
Il messaggio era molto sintetico e stringato, ma racchiudeva una certezza al suo interno, diceva che la prossima volta che andremo a pulire quella scala, mercoledì prossimo, ci verranno date le chiavi dei portoni di accesso alla medesima...
Segnali, che abbiamo conquistato la loro fiducia, l'impegno lo abbiamo messo al 100%, non sempre questo fatto è sufficiente, ma quando si lavora con coscienza, e si ha cura e rispetto per quello che si sta facendo, eseguendo i propri compiti come se si stessero facendo per noi stessi, esistono ancora persone in grado di rilevare questi particolari, non nego che mi hanno fatto molto piacere questi due accadimenti...
