"Method" 😍
First of all, I took a pressure cooker and added water as required in this pressure cooker. I added enough water to dissolve the dal and all the other spices well, and then I added the dal in it. Let me tell you all the things I included in it.
Then I put tomatoes in it and grinded garlic and ginger well and added it and then added dal in it after adding dal stir it well and now turn Add spices. After adding the spices, close the pressure well and keep the pressure on for about 30 minutes so that the dal breaks down properly and the spices mix well.
Then when you see that about 30 minutes have passed, open the pressure and keep it aside and mix the dal well with a spoon so that the dal is well mixed inside it. Go and make it well in the form of a lentil, then fry it on the stove on one side and add oil inside it, and after adding oil, add small pieces of a piece of garlic inside it and fry it well. Brown and spread tadka over the dal.
Let me tell you that the garlic tadka on top of the dal is very good it adds a nice texture to the dal and also I added coriander to the dal as it looks very beautiful inside the dal and Its aroma makes the dal very tasty and after that my dal was completely ready and I made white rice after that. I show you people.
So finally my dal rice is ready and I put it on a plate and after adding it I prepared a salad for myself which is made of cucumber and onion. You guys will also try it in your home.
