I have already said that I love making new recipes. My family loves to try my recipes. And I love it when they appreciate the food. Their compliments encourage me to try new recipes. My boys are very fond of sweets. And pudding is one of their favorite recipes. For a few days they were asking to make pudding and feed them. I couldn't make it for time. I made it later. And I thought I'd share this recipe with you. You might like it too.
This pudding is very good to eat and pudding is best cold. So I cooled it and let everyone eat it and everyone liked it
Today I will share a recipe with you for the first time. Special recipe for egg pudding Below I have shared with you step by step how to make the recipe.

- Milk powder
- Cow's milk
- Lemon
- First I take a bowl of sugar and put it on the stove. Keep the stove on medium flame. In the pot in which I will make the pudding, the sugar caramel should be prepared.
- Over medium heat, stirring, I will liquefy the sugars to form a caramel. And keep aside to cool.
- Meanwhile I will break two eggs. And I will give enough sugar.
- Then I realized that I would shake a little.
- After that I will give a piece of lemon juice and add milk powder. And mix these ingredients well.
- Once the ingredients are mixed, I will add the liquid milk and again mix all the ingredients well.
- I will then strain the batter from this pudding, and pour it into the container in which I made the caramel.
- Then I put a frypan on the stove, put a tissue on the bottom and add water.
- Then I will put the bowl of pudding and leave it with a lid for an hour.
- After an hour I will check with a stick if the pudding is done. If nothing sticks to the stick, then I will understand that it is done. After that, it is cooled by freezing. Take and serve when cold.
