After activating the BIP-91, it is expected that BIP-141 will lock in without problems since all the miners send segwit signals. The segwit update has not been applied currently. BIP-91 and BIP-148 (UASF) are only proposals for implementation of BIP-141. BIP-141 is a real segwit update. Interestingly, the bitcoin transactions were reduced just after the BIP-91 activation. Many people seem to be considering the possibility of errors due to chain split. For the same reason, if BIP-148 is activated on August 1st, it is recommended not to make any bitcoin transactions.
Compared to yesterday, the whole market cap was reduced by $300 million, and the volume of the market fell further. Everyone seems to be careful. The segwit issue, which tormented us throughout the summer, has calmed down, but other uncertainties are covering the market. Particular attention should be paid to BCC investment.
