Hello lovely world of Steemians!!!
It is already more than two and a half months that my bistro, named: Progressive Mauritian Cuisine Grill and Resto or simply PMC, has been opened to the public and everything have been going great so far!
PMC is the first in its kind to accept Steem/SBD/BITCOIN/Ethereum/DASH/EOS as other method of payment!
LOCATION : MAURITIUS
For the first few months, one of my goals was to start talking cryptos with the people I meet up there – family members/clients/friends.
So far so good, things have started to be a little clear for some while for others it will take longer to understand…well… we all know how Blockchain Technology/Crypto World can seem/be complicated when you are new in the field!
After more than 2 months of talking about cryptos/steemit/dtube/dmania/dlive/busy.org/esteem/utopian.io/smt and so many more…it was time for me to put out some more information / logos of cryptos / wallet id etc… that I actually accept crypto as payment in my bistro! Now I feel that the ones who have shown interest during the talks, to start making the next step!

I really had to accelerate things to give more info on my bistro especially for Steemians who are planning to visit Mauritius…you can come over and enjoy food for steem/sbd!
Due to my busy days that I am having at the bistro, some days back there were two lovely people visiting my country but I could not find time to welcome them in my bistro! If only they had more info on my bistro, things would have been easier for sure! Sorry @abh12345 and @osm0sis , I hope to meet you guys one day, you are both welcome anytime.
Now I am sharing the exact location of my bistro, anyone can come meet me up there…this is where I spend most of my time actually! The place is about 20 minutes drive from my home.
Even if you can’t reach me via message, phone call, steemit, chat etc… just come at the bistro in the afternoon – most days of the year I am open!!! You will be sure to meet with me and it will be my pleasure having you!

Oh wait…a simple calculation just came in my head…what if everyone brings four new serious users, who will be all original for sure, on steemit.com!!??? SIMPLY AMAZING!!!

The first one that I managed to bring on steemit last year is my wife and you can check her blog on @creativewoman , where she normally shares the usual housewife food and stuffs! She is actually doing quite well here.
Then there have been 3 more signing in since the opening of my bistro,

DON’T FORGET…
Only 3 seated places in my bistro at a time I normally take, exceptions are made depending on the volume of work of the bistro at that particular time!
Most foods that I sell for the local community where I am situated are packed as take away food. But I do get some clients sitting and eating on site too!
Normally sitting for some food in my bistro is the best way for you to get me chatting a bit actually…
PMC is surely the smallest restaurant in the world to accept crypto as payment!
Menu
There’s actually no real menu in my bistro… I prepare and cook what I CAN for the day and most important, I cook with the feeling of the moment…so no exact recipe here…
The motto of PMC team is to serve food same as we would love to be served!
These are the dishes that I normally serve most days of the week, they are always on the evolving mode, so never expect the dish you eat today will be same tomorrow!!!
As the name of the bistro says it all…I am progressive and so is my cuisine!
You will either LOVE IT or HATE IT!!!

So voila, my official announcement about my bistro and developments around it! I can assure you that there's more exciting news coming from PMC grill and resto soon...especially for steemians!
