Assalamualaikum. Greetings Italy community. Warm winter greetings and happy new year to all. Hope everyone is doing well by God's grace. I'm back with you today with my weekly roundup of the best dishes.
Basically every one of us has some special food during the week. If we realize at the end of the week, many of us can remember and many of us forget what the best food we ate last week was.. So the Italian community has come to us with a weekly contest and there is a weekly best dish contest.

So today I will share with you my week 51 best meals of the week. What was my best meal of the week? My favorite foods in week 51 were foods with vitamin C. So let's get back to the considerations and some details about the best foods of the week.
First there was the tomato
As it is winter and tomatoes are plentiful in Bangladesh, tomatoes were at the top of my food list. Because it is a Bangladeshi food and it can be eaten by cooking salad and curries. Also tomato sauce is made from tomatoes which I like to eat more. So tomatoes are at the top of my weekly best foods list.
cucumber
Basically cucumber is an ideal food. It plays a very important role in reducing our body fat. If you are a fat person then by eating at least 5 kg of cucumber daily your body will regain its fitness and you can have excellent health.
Although now it is winter, but after that cucumber is widely used in our country. So I've added cucumber to the list of number two foods for the week
The third best food of the week is lemon
Lemon is a very effective food for our body. Because by eating lemon, our body fills the lack of vitamins and removes deadly germs like cancer from the body. Basically lemon contains a lot of acid which increases the immunity of our body and helps to eliminate all cold related problems.
Since it is winter season, cold related diseases are more likely to occur during winter. So I put lemon on the third list of weekly foods because it contributes significantly to the immune system of our body.
The latest favorite food of the week is oranges
I put oranges on the list of best foods in week 51. Because eating orange fills all the deficiency of vitamins and gives a lot of energy to the body.
Basically, if there is heavy sleep in the eyes and the body always feels weak, then your body lacks vitamin D and vitamin C. So if you can eat regularly then all the vitamin deficiencies of your body will be fulfilled and your body will be very fresh and active.

Basically I think it's a great contest. Here we can keep track of our weekly best foods list and know which foods contain which vitamins.. So a big thank you to the moderators and all the members along with the admin panel of Italy community for maintaining this wonderful contest consistently.. I am very happy to join the contest.
