Il progetto del Ponte sullo stretto di Messina è uno dei progetti pubblici più noti d’Italia. Sia per la sua importanza che per il suo impatto urbanistico. La regione Lazio approva un provvedimento per lo sblocco dei crediti del superbonus. In parallelo a questa iniziativa verrà creato anche un portale per l’acquisto dei crediti. Il provvedimento ha la missione di sbloccare la situazione per chi ha dei crediti incagliati. Il primo firmatario del provvedimento ha dichiarato che la norma è stata creata per superare lo “squilibrio finanziario” generato dagli ultimi interventi nazionali. La stima dei crediti bloccati solo della regione Lazio ammonterebbe a circa 5 miliardi di euro.

Conclusioni personali
1-Della costruzione di questo ponte se ne parla ormai da 50 anni, l’opera nasce nel 1971. Io credo che porterà beneficio nella zona del Sud-Italia rendendo il commercio molto più mobile nelle zone del Sud-Italia. Spero solo che non sia il solito lavoro pubblico dove verranno bruciati milioni di euro dei contribuenti italiani. E’ una cosa che potrebbe capitare.
2-A me sembra che la Regione Lazio si stia impegnando a risolvere un grosso problema generato dal governo nazionale. Chi ha lavorato a questo provvedimento è un gruppo dotato di buona volontà, ma ho il timore che questo provvedimento non sia in grado di risolvere la situazione, che ripeto, è stata generata da un organo più incisivo, il Governo..
3-Il ministro dell’economia con questa dichiarazione conferma che i bonus edilizi hanno creato un problema all’Italia e aggiunge che adesso la situazione è ancora più sfavorevole a causa della situazione economica e a causa del rialzo dei tassi. Personalmente credo che a fine anno, quando sulla situazione italiana si dovrà essere un pochino più lucidi, verranno aggiunti altri fattori negativi che andranno a giustificare il pessimo stato dell’economia italiana. Insomma, a me sembra che siamo tornati indietro, mi sembra di sentire di nuovo la narrazione politica di 5 o 6 anni fa, quando le cose andavano male bastava dare la colpa agli altri..
