*1-Budget Law *
The second budget law of the government currently in office will be presented on 16 October. Crosetto states that there is a continuous request from Ukraine for military aid. 3-Fuel prices
A few days ago Hamas attacked Israel. This could lead to a new increase in fuel prices. Today BRENT (ICE Brent crude oil futures) surged by 3% and is now worth $87 on the stock exchange.

Personal Conclusions
1-Soon, i.e. in a few days or next week, the rating agencies will express their opinion on Italy. The budget law will probably be presented shortly afterwards for the judgment of the rating agencies. In my opinion it will be a difficult budget law.
2-The issue of aid to Ukraine is a very difficult issue. I struggle to have a clear opinion. I say that if Italy promised to do its part, it will now have to do everything possible to fulfill its promises.
3-I believe that the birth of this new conflict between Hamas and Israel will slow down the decline in fuel prices and start it on the rise again. A few days ago in the Romagna area I saw petrol at 1.936 euros per litre, I think that soon I will start seeing the writing 2 euros.

La seconda legge di Bilancio del governo attualmente in carica sarà presentata il 16 ottobre. La manovra non è semplice perché le risorse a disposizione sono poche ed i conti dello Stato sono stati aggravati dal super bonus 110. Viene anticipato che la manovra sarà seria e prudente perchè in questo momento il debito pubblico rimane molto alto. Emanare una legge di bilancio aggressiva potrebbe aggravare la situazione.

2-Risorse all’Ucraina
Crosetto afferma che c’è una continua richiesta da parte dell’Ucraina di aiuti militari. Ribadisce che politicamente l’Italia è vicina all’Ucraina ed è stato confermato anche da poco, però in questo momento bisogna fare anche i conti tra ciò che l’Italia può fare per l’Ucraina e ciò che dovrebbe fare per la difesa nazionale. Sostanzialmente bisogna fare un bilancio tra ciò che servirebbe all’Ucraina e ciò che l’Italia è in grado di fare.

3-Prezzi dei carburanti
Qualche giorno fa Hamas ha attaccato Israele. Questo potrebbe comportare un nuovo aumento dei prezzi dei carburanti. Oggi il BRENT (futures del petrolio greggio ICE Brent) ha avuto un'impennata del 3% ed ora il suo valore in borsa è di 87$.

Conclusioni personali
1-A breve, cioè tra qualche giorno o la prossima settimana, le agenzie di rating esprimeranno il loro giudizio a riguardo dell’Italia. La legge di bilancio verrà presentata probabilmente poco dopo al giudizio delle agenzie di rating. Secondo me sarà una legge di bilancio difficile.
2-Il discorso degli aiuti all’Ucraina è un discorso difficilissimo. Io fatico ad avere un opinione netta. Dico che se l’Italia ha promesso di fare la sua parte, ora dovrà fare il possibile per adempiere alle promesse.
3-Credo che la nascita di questo nuovo conflitto tra Hamas e Israele frenerà la discesa dei prezzi del carburante e la farà ripartire verso l’alto. Pochi giorni fa in zona romagna ho visto la benzina a 1,936 euro al litro, credo che a breve inizierò a vedere la scritta 2 euro.
