The sun is shining and it is freezing cold. I'm drawn outside, so I grab the dog, put on my running shoes and together we do a comfortable five kilometres run. The air is very clear. We run past meadows whose green lights up, past cows and horses. Then we turn into an avenue and autumn shows its best side. The dog is happy and obviously enjoys the trip. Sport can be so beautiful.
Die Sonne scheint und es ist eiskalt. Mich zieht es nach draußen, also schnappe ich mir den Hund, ziehe meine Laufschuhe an und gemeinsam absolvieren wir gemütliche fünf Kilometer. Die Luft ist ganz klar. Wir laufen an Wiesen vorbei, deren Grün uns anleuchtet, vorbei an Kühen und Pferden. Dann biegen wir in eine Allee ein und der Herbst zeigt sich von seiner schönsten Seite. Der Hund freut sich und hat sichtlich Spaß an dem Ausflug. Sport kann so schön sein.!
