La limpieza es algo vital y esencial en nuestras vidas pues nos mantiene sanos física y mentalmente, normalmente la limpieza es un trabajo fuerte y cuando se hace en equipo los resultados son mejores, la ayuda en la limpieza de un hogar es algo que yo apoyo mucho. Para desarrollar esta publicación la comunidad nos brinda las siguientes pautas:
Cleaning is something vital and essential in our lives because it keeps us physically and mentally healthy. Cleaning is usually hard work and when it is done as a team the results are better. Helping with cleaning a home is something that I greatly support. . To develop this publication, the community provides us with the following guidelines:

Todos los días del mundo usamos la cocina para preparar nuestros alimentos, esto se realiza hasta 3 veces al día, lo que implica el uso de muchos utensilios para llevar a cabo la tarea de cocinar alimentos, y luego se utilizan más utensilios para comer; todo esto deja como resultado, mucha losa sucia y que a muchos les desagrada el echo de lavar o fregar los utensilios sucios. |

Every day in the world we use the kitchen to prepare our food, this is done up to 3 times a day, which involves the use of many utensils to carry out the task of cooking food, and then more utensils are used to eat; All of this leaves a lot of dirty slabs as a result and many people dislike the act of washing or scrubbing dirty utensils.

Mi esposa no escapa de esta estadísticas, ella odia fregar, odia ver tantos utensilios sucios y se le hace difícil comenzar a lavar, por lo que hace mucho años años atrás conversamos y le dije que yo quería ayudarla, para mi cocinar es difícil, no me gusta, en cambio a ella si, por lo que le plantee que ella cocinara y me dejara todos los utensilios sucios que yo al culminar de comer los lavaría, así llevamos muchos años en esta dinámica, ella cocina y yo friego. |

My wife does not escape these statistics, she hates washing, she hates seeing so many dirty utensils and it is difficult for her to start washing, so many years ago we talked and I told her that I wanted to help her, for me cooking is difficult, no. I like it, but she does, so I suggested that she cook and leave me all the dirty utensils that I would wash when I finished eating, so we have been in this dynamic for many years, she cooks and I wash.
Para esta ocasión les muestro en la primera fotografía el "antes" pueden observar toda la loza sucia que quedo como resultado de realizar el almuerzo y luego de comer, por lo tanto acá es donde comienza mi trabajo, primero con mucha agua le saco el sucio a todo, luego con la esponja y lavaplatos limpio y enjabono todo, para luego con abundante agua retirar el jabón, lo siguiente es dejar la loza en el fregadero por un estimado de tiempo de 1 hora, para luego colocar todo en su sitio, otro paso es lavar el fregadero y así culminar con la limpieza. |

For this occasion I show you in the first photograph the "before" you can see all the dirty dishes that were left as a result of having lunch and then eating, therefore this is where my work begins, first with a lot of water I remove the dirty to everything, then with the sponge and dishwasher clean and soap everything, and then with plenty of water remove the soap, the next thing is to leave the dishes in the sink for an estimated time of 1 hour, and then place everything in its place, another step is to wash the sink and thus complete the cleaning.

Luego de estos dos importantes pasos intermedios llegamos al resultado final, el "después", donde tenemos un fregadero limpio y reluciente, a la espera de la próxima jornada de utensilios sucios. |

La limpieza es algo a lo cual todos debemos ser responsables pues esta directamente relacionada con nuestra salud y nuestra calidad de vida, tener un hogar sano es lo más rico del mundo y habla de nuestro buen ambiente sano y de un hogar con valores. |

Cleanliness is something to which we must all be responsible because it is directly related to our health and our quality of life, having a healthy home is the richest thing in the world and speaks of our good, healthy environment and a home with values.
